For our Prix Fixe packages, we serve food in family-style, or large sharing portions so each guest receives a variety of options for each of the courses. Guests are served altogether and interact more which further enhances the group dining experience. We serve an expanded variety, as opposed to a limited selection, so even the most fussy eaters are accommodated and people generally appreciate the ability to sample many different items instead of just having a lot of one thing. Each Prix Fixe includes Unlimited 2nds! We can guarantee that your guests will enjoy not only the variety but the quantity of portions they are offered. Since food is ordered before the event, our servers can focus more on service and provide more attention to guests while the kitchen prepares each course. We offer the following packages: Prix Fixe Brunch ($20) - A Savoury Course & Sweet Course Prix Fixe Lunch ($20) - Variety of Unlimited Salads, Pastas & Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches Prix Fixe Appetizers ($25) - Variety of Unlimited Appetizers, Pizzas, Salads Prix Fixe Dinner ($25) - Variety of Salads, Pastas & Pizzas Add Unlimited Entrees ($7/person) Add Unlimited Dessert & Espresso Bar ($7/person) For Group Bookings in the evening, we have 2 default booking times: 1. 5 pm - 7:30 pm 2. 8 pm - Late We can accommodate other times as needed. **SPECIAL GROUP BOOKING PROMOTION!**
If you prepay for your entire event at least 7 days before the booking, we will give you a bonus gift card for 10% of the entire value of the payment. This means that you will receive a credit note for the cost of meals, any bottles of wine you wish to preorder, taxes and gratuities. The credit we issue can be applied to the event to upgrade your wine, add extras or can be used any other time as it will be a credit that never expires. If some guests do not show up, you will get credit back for each one, less the early booking bonus amount and any wine not consumed can be taken home. There is no risk to you for prepayment, even if there is a full cancellation, you will receive full credit for the amount of your booking for another day (less bonus). Prepayment must be made by way of cheque, cash, or email transfer and it will also count as a deposit to confirm your booking. Other forms of payment are accepted for prepayment, however, the bonus back will be 5% TOUR

GROUP BOOKINGS If you would like to book a group event, we have our Prix Fixe Menus that have been designed to optimize any group event with our expansive "Family Style" format. With any of these options, you have the option to receive all of the items listed instead of having to choose a reduced menu. We also offer unlimited 2nds so we can guarantee all of your guests will be extremely pleased with their meal. Please note: We are always happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies! If you have any questions about booking a group event, please contact us and we will make all of the arrangements for you. We can serve up to 100+ people so book now! A NOTE ABOUT DEPOSITS We have 2 options for booking a full room / group event at Chaise, one option is to pay a deposit of $10 per person (minimum $100) and the other option is to fully prepay for the food for the event. The deposit will be refunded at a rate of $10 per person in attendance. Our 2nd Floor Private Dining Room & Lounge can be booked with a deposit of $200 and the deposit is reimbursed if your group spends a total of $500 or more on food or beverage. Booking times for the private room are 5 - 7:30pm and 8pm - close on weekends. Brunch & Lunch requirements are 1/2 ($100 deposit, $250 spend). Outside food is permitted upon request - we charge a $2 / person plating fee for outside desserts. |
