PRIVATE BOOKINGSOur Specialty:
We have a unique space for parties and groups! Being in a house has its privileges, as we have private rooms you can book for your unique occasion. Our menu is a set menu, with multiple courses as a family-style experience. It allows all guests to enjoy their visit! Sit back, relax, and let us take care of all the arrangements for the evening. STEP 1: SELECT YOUR ROOM There are three private rooms to choose from and all have unique features and guest capacities. The rooms have a minimum spend associated with them. They have 3 seating times. The options: 5-7: 30 pm, 8 pm to close, or the entire evening. You can also decorate as you wish as long as our walls are not damaged in the process. STEP 2: SELECT YOUR PRIX FIXE Please inform us how many prix fixes you would like to order. Whether you'd like to add entrée meats, and/or the dessert and espresso bar. Please advise if you have any dietary restrictions and/or allergies in your party. Since food is ordered before the event, our servers can focus more on service, while the kitchen prepares each course. We release a holiday menu every year for Christmas! Please stay tuned for our 2023 Christmas menu! (Starting November 15- December 31) STEP 3: CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING We have 3 different options for booking a group booking at Chaise Café: 1. Give us a call with a Credit Card number to put on file (no charge will be applied when booking). 2. Pay $200 and commit to the minimum spend for the room (for exclusive, whole room bookings). The deposit is deducted from the bill. 3. Fully prepay for the food for the event. ***Deposits are not refundable as we use them to plan our schedules and orders. If you are not sure about your booking, feel free to take your time before finalizing*** Prepayment Bonus: If you prepay for your entire event at least 7 days before the booking, we will give you a bonus gift certificate for 10% of the entire value of the payment. This includes the cost of meals, any bottles of wine you wish to pre-order, taxes AND gratuities. Prepayment must be made by way of cash, or e- transfer. It will also count as a deposit to confirm your booking. The credit we issue can be applied to the event to upgrade your wine, add extras or can be used any other time as it will be a credit that never expires. If some guests do not show up, we will only charge for the persons present. Either a deposit or prepayment will guarantee your booking and we will close off the time so you have a guaranteed spot. Wine Bonus Order a case of wine, either six bottles of 1.5L wine or twelve bottles of 750mL and receive $5 off per bottle! You can even mix and match. This offer is only valid with the prepayment option. Ask us for the wine menu and we can email it to you. Questions? please do not hesitate to ask. Family Style Explained: For our Prix Fixe packages, we serve food in large, family-style portions directly to the table so each guest receives a variety of options. Guests are served together and interact more which further enhances the group dining experience. We serve an expanded variety, as opposed to a limited selection, so even the most selective diners are accommodated. People generally appreciate the ability to sample many different items, instead of having a lot of one thing. Prix Fixe includes Unlimited 2nds! We can guarantee your guests will enjoy not only the variety, but the quantity of portions they are offered. The only details you need to provide us with are which package(s) you would like for your group and which allergies or food preferences we should prepare for so each guest can enjoy the dining experience together. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and all other diets/allergies can be accommodated. Group Dining Options:
We have an additional options for meat main course add ons. Outside dessert is permitted upon request - we charge a $2/ person plating fee for outside desserts. If you upgrade to our Unlimited Espresso Bar package ($3/person) the plating fee is included. Prepayment Bonus for Group Bookings:If you prepay for your entire event at least 7 days before the booking, we will give you a bonus gift certificate for 10% of the entire value of the payment. This includes the cost of meals, any bottles of wine you wish to preorder, taxes AND gratuities.

Either a deposit or prepayment will guarantee your booking and we will close off the time so you have a guaranteed spot. |
